Thursday
- Lunch: Leftover Lo Mein with defrosted leftover chicken wings
- Dinner: Kimchi jjigae with thin-sliced samgyupsal and rice with marinated cucumbers
- Bake apple pie!
Friday
- Lunch: apple pie with bread, olives, salad, prosciutto, cheese, honeycrisp apples
- Dinner: out with Nick or Steak fajitas with guacamole and sauteed onions and peppers
Saturday
- Brunch: Western omelettes with bacon
- Dinner: out with my classmates or pork chops with onions sauteed and then cooked in reduced chicken stock. Sides: Crusty bread, cheese, olives, salad.
Sunday
- Brunch: TBD?
- Dinner: at the BF’s parent’s house
